1. The equipment warranty is valid for 12 months from commissioning, not exceeding 15 months from shipping.


2. Please note that the warranty does not cover parts prone to quick wear and tear, such as die parts, punches, pins, and cutters.


3. Installation, commissioning, and training completion time may vary due to force majeure. The buyer is responsible for covering expenses related to the Seller's technician visits, including insurance, air tickets, transport, lodging, and interpreter services.


4. As a complimentary service, the buyer's operator training can be conducted at the Seller's workshop.
