Warranty: The Equipment is protected by a 12-month warranty from the commissioning date, ensuring optimal performance up to a maximum of 15 months from the shipping documents or warehouse receipt date. Please note that this warranty excludes parts that are subject to rapid wear and tear.
Installation: In case of force majeure, installation and commissioning will be conducted online, including comprehensive training sessions.
Technician Visit: Should a technician visit be required, all related expenses including travel, insurance, air tickets, transportation, accommodation, and interpreter fees will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
