1. Warranty: The Equipment comes with a 12-month warranty for normal functioning, starting from the commissioning date, not exceeding 15 months from the shipping documents.

3. Installation: Installation and training of Buyer's technicians will be conducted promptly, barring any force majeure events.


4. Technician Visit: Any necessary visits by Seller's technicians will incur expenses borne by the Buyer.
