1. The warranty period for normal and trouble-free functioning of the Equipment is 12 months from the date the Equipment is commissioned, however no more than 15 months from the date of the shipping documents or warehouse receipt. 
 

2. Seller provides no warranty for parts subject to quick wear and tear (such as the die parts, punches, pins, cutters, etc.).
 

3. The term of execution of installation and commissioning works including training of the Buyer's technicians should be online if any force majeure. Expenditure for any necessary Seller's technician visit if travel available including insurance, round-trip air tickets, local transport, board and lodging costs as well as interpreter (Chinese-English/Local Language) are at Buyer's charge.
 

4. The Buyer's operator training at the Seller's workshop is free.
