Warranty: Our Equipment comes with a 12-month warranty for normal functioning from the commissioning date, not exceeding 15 months from the shipping documents or warehouse receipt. Please note that the warranty excludes parts prone to quick wear and tear.
Installation: In case of force majeure, installation and commissioning works, along with training, will be conducted online.
Technician Visit: The Buyer is responsible for covering expenses related to any necessary technician visits, including travel, insurance, air tickets, transport, lodging, and interpreter costs.
